4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 Between Platform Users
- Clients can view model profiles, photos, and rates
- Models receive booking requests with client requirements
- Both parties exchange information during the 48-hour communication window

- Analytics services: Platform improvement
4.3 Legal Compliance
We may disclose your information:

- In specific circumstances: If a client or model reports assault, harassment, or other serious incidents, we may provide the other party's information to law enforcement or legal authorities only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the relevant country
4.4 What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- We do not act as mediators in disputes between clients and models
- We do not assume responsibility for information accuracy provided by users
5. Your Rights and Responsibilities
5.1 User Responsibilities
All Users Must:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain current and correct information
- Respect Platform rules and other users
- Not attempt to conduct transactions outside the Platform (violation results in warnings and potential bans)
Clients Must:
- Respect models and their boundaries
- Not provide false or misleading information
- Not force models to perform services they decline
- Honor nudity agreements where models specify their limits
- Be present for scheduled shoots (no-show results in payment to model)
Models Must:
- Be the person represented in their profile
- Provide accurate physical characteristics
- Maintain truthful portfolio photos
- Honor accepted bookings (cancellations result in warnings; repeated violations may lead to bans)
- Enter correct payment account information (we are not responsible for errors)
5.2 Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Object to certain processing activities
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Data portability to receive your information in a structured format

6. Booking and Cancellation Policy
6.1 Booking Process
- Clients must register a credit card before booking
- Models have 24 hours to respond (automatic cancellation if no response)
- Both parties have 48 hours to communicate after acceptance
- Cancellations during the 48-hour window have no consequences
- Payment is attempted after the 48-hour window (two attempts with email notifications)
6.2 Cancellation Terms
Client Cancellations After Payment:
- Refund issued minus Stripe fees and our commission
- Date changes require model approval
Model Cancellations After Payment:
- Client receives full refund minus Stripe fees
- Model receives a warning (repeated violations may result in ban)
- Exceptional circumstances considered with proof
Day of Shoot:
- Check-in/check-out via QR codes tracks actual hours
- Additional hours calculated by full hour only
- Both check-in AND check-out required for additional hour billing
- Client no-show: Model receives payment; we are not responsible
- Model no-show: Client refunded; model warned (or no consequences with proof of exceptional circumstances)
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Secure payment processing through Stripe
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security assessments
Important: However, no internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information:
- For as long as your account is active
- As necessary to provide Platform services
- To comply with legal obligations
- To resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
- Transaction records retained for applicable statutory periods
9. International Data Transfers
Meet the Muse may transfer your information to countries outside your residence. When we do, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
10. Children's Privacy
Meet the Muse is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
11. Platform Liability Limitations
11.1 We Are Not Responsible For:
- Actions or behavior of clients or models that harm the relationship between them
- False, incorrect, or misleading information provided by users
- Payment account errors made by models
- Incidents, accidents, or disputes occurring during shoots
- User compliance with agreements made outside Platform communications
- Problems arising from user interactions
11.2 Our Role
We act as a connection platform providing tools to facilitate exchanges, not as a mediator. We provide infrastructure for bookings, payments, check-ins, and basic dispute resolution mechanisms (warnings, bans) but do not arbitrate individual disputes.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the new Privacy Policy on the Platform
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending email notifications for significant changes
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

14. Additional Terms
14.1 Warning and Ban System
- Users receive warnings for Platform rule violations
- Repeated violations result in account suspension or permanent ban
- Serious violations (harassment, fraud, false information) may result in immediate ban
14.2 Information Disclosure for Legal Matters
In cases of reported assault, harassment, fraud, or other legal matters:
- We will only disclose user information to authorities in accordance with the laws and regulations of the relevant country
- Disclosure requires proper legal procedures (court orders, subpoenas, lawful requests)
- We do not automatically provide information without legal basis
